Windows 7 introduces &lt;a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb773190(VS.85).aspx"&gt;theme packs&lt;/a&gt;, which are .cab files that contain all of the necessary assets to implement a theme, including sound files and images.&lt;/p&gt;
