Today when I wanted to make a screen shot on one of my development systems I noticed that the snipping tool was gone. The snipping tool comes with the Vista operating system, so my thirst though was that something must have screwed up my system making the snipping tool disappear. But then i remembered that recently I had removed the Tablet PC Optional components from that desktop, thinking that I would not need that feature on a desktop PC.
So I went back into the Control Panel and re-enabled the Tablet PC Optional Components and got my Snipping Tool back. The other features that are included in here are the Handwriting recognition and Windows Journal.
